Posted: March 28, 2012 Filed under: job assignments | Tags: photography, Portrait, Roller Derby, rollerskating, Zurich City Rollergirlz Leave a comment »Just like last year, I recently had Zurich’s most wicked girls in the studio. Better not mess with them or you’ll get punched in the face by Bloody Cherry or Sin Sister!
They have their first bout on Swiss grounds in Affoltern near Zurich on June 9th. Make sure to check out their website for more infos.

Vrooom goes GREEN – Fisker Karma
Posted: March 23, 2012 Filed under: job assignments | Tags: Aston Martin, car, electro, Fisker Karma, greenhouse, photography 1 Comment »Fisker Karma – the name says everything! It combines sports car design with an eco-friendly electro engine and even solar panels on its roof. Former Aston Martin Designer Henrik Fisker created beautiful outlines. And although I’m more into 1960′s car design, I’m absolutely smitten with this brand new racer. Location for the most recent BILANZ First article was a greenhouse on the outskirts of Zurich.
Enjoy!

13 PHOTO

13 Photo AG accepted me into their circle. I am absolutely delighted and currently busy raking up my archive. Never would’ve guessed how many photos doze on those hard drives – and I haven’t even started working on all the negatives…
Good thing about it is, it forces me into more orderliness when it comes to my archive. Plus, it’s entertaining to once again look at the stuff I’ve done in all those years.
My showcase portfolio will be uploaded in the near future, my archive is already being uploaded as I progress.
I am thrilled.
Here’s what they have to say about themselves:
“13 Photo AG, a journalistic photo agency, which serves as a platform to develop new approaches and themes within contemporary photography. The continuously growing photo archive of its members and associated network photographers will play an important part in shaping the future of one of the most influential mediums of our times.”
Linhof Technika rocks!!!
Posted: March 12, 2012 Filed under: free works, miscellaneous, private life | Tags: 4x5", Linhof Technika, photography, Portrait Leave a comment »I’ve been doing so much stuff lately that I hardly find the time to post regularly. One of my recently found treasures is an old 4×5″ polaroid of a friend of mine that I shot in 2009. I was looking at buying an old Linhof Technika and was messing around with the different lenses that came with it. Oh what bliss spring cleaning brings…

Think black and white!

I’m really happy with the result, the photos are a lot stronger that way. What do you think?
